Soft Heels: Deep Inside SURR Foot Cream
Cracked, rough heels are one of the most common skin complaints, and one of the most ignored. We made this cream to fix the feel of them, and we want you to know exactly what's in it and why.
Heel skin is naturally thick. Every step, every pair of sandals and every dry winter day makes it thicker and drier, until it feels like sandpaper and starts to split at the edges.
An ordinary body lotion sits on top of that tough layer and is gone in an hour. Our foot cream works differently: it softens the hard skin itself, gives it moisture back, then locks that moisture in.
What it does for your feet
There's no single miracle ingredient here. The cream works as a system, with four steps that happen at once every time you apply it: soften, hydrate, soothe and seal.
Urea and lactic acid soften the hard layer. Glycerin and sodium lactate refill it with moisture. Pro-vitamin B5 and allantoin calm it. Shea butter, petrolatum and lanolin lock everything in. Each step makes the next one work better. Here's what you can expect:
Softens hard, rough skin. Urea gently loosens the dry, built-up layer on your heels, so it softens instead of cracking.
Smooths, no scraping needed. With regular use, rough patches gradually smooth away on their own. No pumice stone required.
Deep, lasting moisture. It pulls water into the skin and helps hold it there, so your feet still feel soft hours later.
Absorbs fast. It's rich but not greasy, so you can pull on socks or walk on wood floors without slipping or leaving footprints.
Most people feel a difference after the first few uses. Very rough heels take a little longer, and steady daily use is what makes the change last.
The system, step by step
Soften: urea and lactic acid loosen rough, built-up skin.
Hydrate: glycerin and sodium lactate pull water deep into the skin, so it feels supple, not tight.
Soothe: pro-vitamin B5 and allantoin calm and comfort dry, stressed skin.
Seal: shea butter, petrolatum, dimethicone and lanolin lock the moisture in, so feet stay soft all day.
Good to know
Lightly scented with a fresh essential-oil blend.
Made for everyday care of rough, dry feet. For pain, infection or other foot concerns, see a podiatrist.
How to use it
It takes less than a minute a day.
Apply to clean, dry feet. Right after a shower is perfect.
Massage a small amount into rough areas. Focus on the heels and the balls of your feet. Skip between the toes.
Give it a minute to sink in, then put on socks or carry on.
For very dry heels, try an overnight boost. Apply a thicker layer at bedtime and wear cotton socks.
Keep it up. Once your heels are smooth, use it daily or every other day to keep them that way.
Wash your hands afterwards, and keep it away from your eyes.
Who it's for
It's for anyone whose feet feel rough, dry or hard, especially:
People who are on their feet all day
Runners, walkers and hikers
Sandal lovers
Anyone whose heels dry out in winter or in a dry climate
Please take care if:
Your skin is broken or very sore. It may sting on open cracks, so apply around them until they heal.
You have diabetes or circulation problems. Check with your doctor or podiatrist before using any foot product.
You're sensitive to lanolin or fragrance. Try a small patch first.
If you notice redness, burning or a rash, stop using it. It's made for adults.
Questions we get asked
Will it make my feet greasy? No. It absorbs quickly and leaves a soft, dry-touch finish.
Why does it tingle a little? A slight tingle on very dry skin is normal and usually fades after a few uses. A strong burning feeling isn't normal; rinse it off.
Can I use it on elbows and knees? Yes, on any rough, dry patch. Just not on your face.
When will I see results? Most people feel softer skin after the first few uses. Smoother-looking heels come with steady daily use.
